Peter Rae AO - Independent Chairman 


Peter has a distinguished national and international career as a champion for sustainability and reform. A successful lawyer with 21 years in Australian politics, the instigator of ASIC and Australia's single Corporations Law. An advisor to the World Bank, President of the World Wind Energy Association and Chair of the REN Alliance on renewable energy.

Carl Obst - Independent Director

M Int Law, M Phil, B Ec (Hons)

Carl is the lead author and editor of the United Nation’s System of Environmental-Economic Accounting (SEEA- the international standard for natural capital accounting). He is also a Director of the Institute for the Development of Environmental-Economic Accounting, and he was previously Head of the Australian National Accounts branch at the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

Rod Holden - Founder, MD & CEO

Rod has a background in business and project turnarounds and a passion for business development, sustainability and environmental management. As an entrepreneur at heart, he played the key role in implementing the New Code for Environmental Management in Australia's resource industry in 2000. This was the catalyst to focus on solutions to the world's environmental issues.

Thomas Gribble - CFO & Company Secretary

Thomas has a wide variety of management skills across various industries. Thomas is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Company Secretary, a Fellow of the Governance Institute and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute
